Pancake Day Educación Primaria

For our Primary classes, the English teachers decided to create something special:
a video where the children explain what a pancake is and how it is made.

Each group took part in a small scene, so everyone could contribute to telling the story.
Before filming, the students explored the tradition in class, learning about the celebration and practising the vocabulary needed to talk about ingredients, actions and cooking steps.

Through this activity, English became a real tool for communication — not just words in a book, but a message shared with others.

And the sweetest moment came in the morning, when families helped by preparing pancakes for breakfast at school.
Thanks to you, learning became an experience we could taste, smell and enjoy together.

We are very proud of our students for their enthusiasm and effort,
and deeply grateful to our families for their collaboration and care.
